Distribution of Triterpenoid Saponinsin Akebia quinata Canes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and accumulation of triterpenoid saponins in the canes of Akebia quinata,and to provide a reference for further research on Akebia quinata.Methods Plant anatomy and histochemical localization were used for chromogenic reaction of triterpenoid saponinsinthe canes of Akebia quinata.With calceolarioside B,oleanolic acid,and hederagenin as the indices for active ingredients,high-performance liquid chromatography was performed to measure the content of three active ingredients in different tissues of Akebia quinata with different diameters.Results The proportion of secondary vascular tissue in the canes of Akebia quinata was proportional to the diameter.Triterpenoid saponins were distributed in all tissues,and most of the active ingredients were distributed in the canes with a diameter of ＜0.9 cm,mainly in secondary xylem,cortex,and secondary phloem.Conclusion Triterpenoid saponins are distributed in various parts of Akebia quinata canes and can be used as the basis for quality assessment of Akebia quinata.关键词
