Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the data acquisition method has a lower efficiency and the sampling intervals can?not be adaptively adjusted in the reliability study of engine electronic control unit (ECU),an acquisition method of electrical performance degradation data for engine ECU is proposed based on CVI platform in this paper. An integrated structure is adopted,and all the signal switchings are controlled collectively through the CAN and GPIB buses. More?over,the dynamic adjustment of sampling intervals for degradation data is realized by combining the changing charac?teristics of signal degradation and a reasonable selection of measurement threshold,thus the electrical performance deg?radation data can be acquired efficiently and adaptively. Test results show that the proposed method has a higher accura?cy rate of data acquisition and transmission,which can provide support for the reliability study of ECU.关键词
