摘要

Abstract

Operation efficiency and voltage risk of distribution networks have arisen along with the increasing penetration of nondetermining distributed generators.To enable active voltage management for distributed generator (DG) equipped distribution network (DN),a chance constrained bi-level optimization model is proposed by taking into account the topological flexibility and diverse voltage control resources of DN.The upper level of the presented model aims to ensure long-term economical operation by means of dynamic reconfiguration.The lower level,however,using the step voltage regulator (SVR) as a controllable object,achieves voltage optimization for the local branch.In order to improve algorithm efficiency,the secondorder cone relaxation algorithm and Karush Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) are used to reduce the bi level planning problem to a single optimization model.The example simulation results show that the method can realize safe operation of distribution network voltage with renewable energy access by active reconfiguration and coordination of local voltage regulation resources.
