摘要

Abstract

A vertical integration scheme is proposed,and the protection vertical integration devices and the measuring and control vertical integration devices are developed.With the decoupling way of protection functions and measuring and control functions,the protection vertical integration devices are integrated with protection function,merging unit and intelligent terminal.The measuring and control vertical integration devices are integrated with measuring and control function,merging unit and intelligent terminal.Data exchange among devices are reduced,while the data transmission delay problems caused by process level sampled val ue (SV) and generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) data exchange is solved.Then the protection action speed and reliability are improved.The idea of decoupling embodies the rationality of the function distribution and settle the operation management problem due to the intelligent electronic device capability description (ICD) model file decoupling.The design and development of the line vertical integration device,buscouple vertical integration device,busbar vertical integration device across bays and transformer vertical integration device in the smart substation are described.
