Abstract
With the high penetration of intermittent distributed generators (DGs),the distribution network can form a planned island when the fault occurs to reduce operation risks.As successful operation of the planned island needs allocation of new circuit breakers,this paper proposes a coordinated planning method of photovoltaic/battery energy storage and planned island in the distribution network with the risk of lost load taken into account.First,a coordinated planning model is developed with objectives to minimize the total cost and risk of lost load under the constraints on maintaining voltage stability.Then the model is solved by the multi-objective evolutionary optimization algorithm based on the non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ).The location of circuit breakers of the planned island and the siting and sizing of photovoltaie,energy storage battery in the island are considered in the planning.Finally,the influences of the planning programs of circuit breaker and the type of customers are analysed by simulation of RBTS Bus 6 distribution network.The results show the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.关键词
