计及多个风电机组出力相关性的配电网无功优化
Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network Considering Output Correlation of Multiple Wind Turbines

Abstract
This paper focuses on reactive power optimization in distribution network with multiple wind turbines. Uncertainty of wind turbine output and load fluctuation is handled with scenario analysis method. Multiple scenarios are generated with Latin hypercube sampling technique. Cholesky factorization ranking method is used to deal with correlation among multiple wind turbine outputs. Taking minimal expected value of active power loss as objective function, and restricts of node voltage, line power flow and number of switched capacitors as constraints, a new reactive power optimization model is built. Chicken swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the model and case studies are carried out on the modified IEEE 69-bus distribution network. Influence of different correlations among wind turbine outputs on reactive power optimization is studied. Results validate feasibility of the proposed reactive power optimization model and solution method. Voltage quality of distribution network is improved and power loss is reduced with the reactive power optimization. It is of great significance for safe and economic operation of distribution network.关键词
