±800kV特高压宾金直流悬式及支柱绝缘子自然积污特性
Test Research on Natural Contamination Performance of Suspension and Post Insulators From±800kV Yibin-Jinhua UHVDC Transmission Project

Abstract
In order to research natural pollution characteristics of external insulation of UHVDC transmission and transformation equipment, energized and non-energized test insulators were installed on Yibin-Jinhua transmission line and Jinhua convertor station. After complete one year pollution deposition period, equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and non-soluble deposit density (NSDD) on upper and lower surface of the insulators were measured and analyzed. Results indicated that UHVDC electrical field enhanced pollution of the energized insulators apparently. ESDD and NSDD of the energized insulators on the line were 1.52 and 1.86 times of those of non-energized insulators respectively. ESDD and NSDD values of composite post insulator under±800kV potential position were 1.45 and 1.27 times of those of rest parts. Influence of potential polarity on both suspension and post insulators were not obvious. Compared to composite post insulator, difference of pollution between upper and lower surfaces of suspension insulators was much more notable.关键词
