Research Advancement of Innate Immunity and Pattern Recognition Receptors
摘要
Abstract
Innate immunity is the first defense against the pathogen aggression. Toll-like receptors ( TLRs) , nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptors ( NLRs) and RIG-1-like receptors ( RLRs) serve as pattern recognition receptors ( PRRs) that recognize different but overlapping microbial components, formation of the corresponding signal transduction to generate immune response. The study on innate immunity and PRRs has received grade advancement in recent years that provides a way for the treatment of immune related disea-ses. This review summarized characteristics of PRRs and the interplay across different PRR signaling pathways.关键词
