Effects of Glutamate and Aspartate on Growth Performance and Intestinal Function of Weaned Piglets
摘要
Abstract
Glutamate and aspartate are considered to be the major energy source of intestinal epithelial cells and can be metabolized into other active substrates by decarboxylation or transamination, which may play important functions in maintaining the growth performance and normal intestinal function, signaling pathway, alleviating oxidative stress, gene expression regulation, nerve regulation of pigs. This review mainly summarized the effects of glutamate and aspartate on growth performance and intestinal function of weaned piglets.关键词
