Abstract
Objective:To investigate the children accidental injury because of drug or poison misusage and research family drug safety management.Methods:Eighty-seven cases in the research whom receiving treatment in our hospital caused by drug or poison misusage from January 2013 to January 2016.Analyzed the ages and types of drugs or poison according to the genenal cause and laboratory examination.Results:The incidence of children aged ＞2 to 4 years old (45.98％) was significantly higher than that of the other age groups.In addition to mistaking medicine,also needed to pay attention to pesticide ingestion.The mistaking medicine or poison caused hospitalization in children with the average duration of hospitalization was 5.54 days.The average hospitalization cost was 8,269.8 Yuan.Conclusion:Children often caused by accidental poisoning due to drug or poison misusage,especially in＞2 to 4 years old.Parents need to strengthen the management of family commonly used drugs or poison,reduce the incidence of children with accidental ingestion of drugs,reduce the incidence of children with accidental injury events.关键词
