高效液相色谱法测定补肾益脑片中梓醇的含量
Determination of Catalpol in Bushen Yinao Tablet by HPLC Method
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination the content of catalpol in Bushen Yinao tablet Methods:The HPLC method was established,Amethyst C 18-H column (4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm) was chosen as a chromatographic column,with the column temperature of room temperature and acetonitrile-0.1％ glacial acetic acid in water (3:97) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection wavelength was at 205 nm.Results:The good linearity range of 2 ～ 100 μg/mL and r=0.999,6 were obtained.And the main recovery was 95.8％ (n=5),with RSD was 2.15 ％.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and it can be used for determination of catalpol in Bushen Yinao tablet.关键词
