摘要

Abstract

Interfacial modification plays a key role to improve the properties of composites, especially in Cu and Al matrix composites reinforced by carbon nanotubes (CNTs). Load transfer, conduction, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties of composites can be influenced intensively by the effective interface combination between the metal matrix and CNTs. In this paper, the interface modification of CNTs reinforced Cu and Al matrix composites in recent years was widely reviewed. Furthermore, the effects of interface modification on the interface structure and properties of CNTs/Cu and CNTs/Al composites were considered.
