缠绕预绞丝的地线悬垂串温度分布实验分析
Experimental Analysis on Temperature Distribution of Ground Wire Suspension String with Winding Preformed Armor Rod

Abstract
Combined action of contact resistance and power frequency short-circuit current is the main reason for breakage of the overhead ground wire. Taking suspension string of the ground wire with winding preformed armor rod for a research ob-ject,this paper analyzes heating mechanism in terms of skin effect and contact resistance and performs verification analysis by temperature rise experiments for suspension strings of old and new ground wires. Analysis results indicate heating bottle-neck points are in the fracture of the performed armor rod and inside the clamp when power frequency short-circuit current flows through the suspension string of ground wire. And when corrosion of the suspension string causes increase of the con-tact resistance,overhigh temperature of the fracture and the clamp will cause breakage of the ground wire. Compared with suspension string of the ground wire without winding performed armor rod,heating points of the suspension string of ground wire with winding performed armor rod increase which may raise risk of breakage of the ground wire.关键词
