摘要
Abstract
In order to accurately measure contribution of photovoltaic generation to the power distribution network,this pa-per presents a kind of confidence evaluation method for grid-connected photovoltaic capacity based on particle swarm opti-mization with simulated annealing (SA-PSO)which firstly adopts time sequence Monte Carlo method for state sampling for conventional units so as to generate annual available capacity sequences of units and then calculates loss of load expectation (LOLE)of system. On this basis,taking invariant reliability of photovoltaic before and after accessing to the system as the target,this method uses SA-PSO to solve confidence capacity of grid-connected photovoltaic. By means of example simula-tion on IEEE-RTS79 system,this paper verifies effectiveness of this evaluation method.关键词
