Grounding Fault Location Method for Small Current of Power Distribution Network Based on Steady-state Characteristic

Abstract
When earth fault takes place in the isolated neutral system of power distribution network,steady-state value of cur-rent in the upstream fault phase will change abruptly while current in the downstream fault phase keeps the load current con-stant,besides,steady-state values in other non-fault phases and non-fault lines will not change abruptly. According to these characteristics,this paper presents a kind of grounding fault location method for small current based on steady-state charac-teristics. On the basis of sequence list of feeder power supply path,real-time data and historical data,this method can gener-ate real-time current matrix and historical current matrix of the power supply path as well as mutational current matrix and mutational current logic matrix. Then it transfers the grounding fault location problem into a problem of matrix computation and provides the computational formula. Simulating example indicates this method has better adaptability to the permanent grounding fault which can solve the problem of grounding fault location by means of traditional acquisition terminal in cur-rent power grid instead of installing special acquisition terminal.关键词
