我国乳制品供给集聚格局变动与成因分析
An ESDA approach to the analysis of space-time evolution characteristics of China diary market

Abstract
with continuous growth of economy,the civil living standard has been rising significantly,and for dairy product,it has been a daily necessity for dwellers in food consumption.Therefore,the distribution characteristics of dairy products supply market in China will have a great impact on the equilibrium of domestic dairy market.Employing the software of Arcgisl0.2 and Geoda,the ESDA approach was applied to analyze the geographical correlation characteristics of the supply of dairy products market in both global and local scales during 2000-2014 in China.The results show as follows:(1) Geographically,the supply markets of dairy products in China had a definite spatial phenomenon in dependence and agglomeration.(2) On global scale,the Moran's I index of the supply markets of dairy products in China of different spatial weights matrix distributed from 0.2 to 0.4,which indicated that the supply markets of dairy products in China had some spreading effects regionally.Besides,dynamically speaking,the Moran's I index of the supply markets of dairy products showed a trend of down-up waves during 2000-2014,therefore,supply markets of dairy products in geographical correlation declined from 2000 to 2008,then increased from 2009 to 2014.(3) On local scale,LISA agglomeration figure shows that there were many regions for current supply of dairy products market in China that were not significant in the mean of spatial significance level.In the LISA agglomeration figure,the high-high cluster regions included Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia,while the low-low cluster regions almost distributed in south part of China,such as Guizhou province and Zhejiang province.The results of LISA significant analysis show that as the significance level rose up,geographic agglomeration effect of supply markets of dairy products in China would get alleviated respectively.To sum up,through the analysis of spatial correlation of dairy products supply market,focusing on the "hot spot" and "cold spots" effect of spatial correlation,it will be valuable when analyzing the spatial development of dairy products supply market.关键词
