Abstract

In order to study the change rule of internal stomatal structure and the effect of internal stomatal structure characteristics on the compressive strength of SAP concrete specimens , the internal stomatal structure characteristics of SAP concrete were experimented based on electron microscopy analysis method.Using dry mix method, the concrete parameters such as porosity , mean pore diameter , stomatal grade, average pore spacing factor and compressive strength were measured , and the mix proportion and the SAP content were also taken into account in this batch test .The effects of SAP on the internal stomatal structure characteristics and strength of concrete were mainly studied .Results show that with the increase of concrete water-cement ratio and SAP addition , the average porosity , average pore diameter and stomatal spacing coefficient of different grades increased in different degrees , at the same time , the compressive strength of SAP concrete has a certain degree of decline; In the case of the same concrete mix proportion , the effect of small particle size SAP particles on the porosity of concrete is more obvious , and the effect of large particle size SAP particles on the average pore size of concrete is more obvious .The influence of concrete water-cement ratio on the average spacing coefficient of stomata has a significant effect, but SAP particle size has little effect on the average spacing coefficient of stomata .
