摘要

Abstract

Glass with low sealing temperature can be used to achieve perfect connection of glass , ceramics, metal alloys and even new types of composite materials in the temperature range of 400-700℃.With the promotion of lead-free for low sealing temperature glass , the current research mainly focused on the phosphorus , bismuth, vanadium and boron low sealing temperature glass , which have a potential application background .The development status and development trend in the future of low sealing temperature glass at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed .Under the trend of lead-free and low sealing temperature , the low sealing temperature glass still needs to have a certain thermal conductivity and to be composited in the future .
