养护温度对喷射混凝土性能影响的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Effect of Curing Temperature on Shotcrete Properties

Abstract
In order to explore the effect of different geothermal environment on shotcrete properties , the simulation environments of different temperatures were designed in the laboratory .Then, the compressive strength and durability of shotcrete , bond strength of shotcrete and rock were carried out .The results showed that the compressive strength and the bond strength between concrete and rock increased with the curing temperature rising during 25-40 ℃, but decreased at 60 ℃.What is more , the compressive strength and the bond strength increased first and then decreased with the increase of age at 60 ℃curing temperature .The shotcrete cured at different temperatures all had the highest permeability resistance grade, and the penetrabilities of chloride ion all were low-grade.Moreover, the permeability resistance , the chlorion penetration resistance and the carbonation resistance were gradually reduced as the curing temperature rised .关键词
