摘要

Abstract

Based on the tested rubber net pulp , mortar test , test three parts , rubber aggregate concrete Imag-pro plus software were used to get the rubber particles along the height map , the rise of rubber in all specimens .The test results show that the flow of slurry in the three trials of degree and particle size are the main factors affecting rubber aggregate buoyancy .Tests show that rubber aggregate buoyancy net pulp is proportional to the water cement ratio , cement mortar test shows that fine aggregate such as sand mixed with inhibitory effect on surface of rubber aggregate situation .Test show that concrete slump should not be greater than 15 cm, vibrating time for 5 s to 15 s, when the slump is less than 15 cm, 50 more uniform distribution of rubber particles in the concrete , the slump is more than 15 cm, 20 mesh and 50 mesh rubber particles floating is very serious , and appear statified phenomenon of segregation .
