水泥添加量对电解锰渣免烧砖性能的影响
Effect of Cement Addition on the Properties of Unburned Brick of Electrolytic Manganese Slag

Abstract
When the aggregate amount was 20%, the molding pressure was 2 MPa, mixing water content was 25%, the effect cement addition on the properties of unburned brick of electrolytic manganese slag were been studied systematically .The results show that when the concent of cement is 20%, the compressive strength and flexural strength of electrolytic manganese brick are 10.21 MPa and 2.35 MPa after 7 d, and the compressive strength and flexural strength are 13.76 MPa and 2.74 MPa after 28 d, the volume density is 1.36 g/cm3 , the linear shrinkage rate is 1.13%, the water absorption rate 33. 32%, the saturation coefficient is 1 .47 , and there was little frost phenomenon .The strength could meet the national standard requirements of ordinary sintering bricks , other properties can meet the requirements of the national first-class products .关键词
