摘要

Abstract

Real-time diagnosis of thermal plasma temperature is a very challenging and comprehensive technology, which can provide valuable reference in understanding chemical reaction processes of thermal plasma and verifying simulation results. In this paper, we reviewed contact and non-contact types of temperature diagnostic methods for thermal plasma. Working principle, application range and development direction of each diagnosis method are summarized with emphasis on optic emission spectroscopy in the thermal plasma temperature diagnosis. Real-time online analysis of thermal plasma is considered to be the main direction of future development.
