Abstract
Solvent absorption coupled membrane desorption is a novel pre-combustion CO2 capture process with lower energy consumption. Preparation of desorption membranes with high flux and high separation factor is the key of this technology. A polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) modified composite pervaporation membrane with cellulose acetate ultra-filtration layer was prepared to separate CO2 from CO2-dimethyl carbonate (DMC) solution. The result shows that membrane performance is enhanced via adjustment of dissolution activity, diffusion activity and reaction activity by adding different cross-linking agents in PDMS. Meanwhile, the effects of modification cross-linking agents, membrane thickness, cross-linking temperature, desorption solution concentration and desorption temperature on membrane desorption performance were studied. Compared with the literature data, the 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES)- phenyltriethoxysilane(PTES)- PDMS composite membrane obtained under optimal preparing conditions has much higher flux (4970 g.m-2.h-1) and separation factor (79.3), which is promising for industrial application.关键词
