柱式膜组件曝气过程的气液两相流模拟
Simulation of Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow in Aeration Processes of a Column Type Membrane Module

Abstract
Gas-liquid two-phase flow in a column type membrane module during aeration processes was simulated by Eulerian and porous medium models. Effects of aeration rate, aerator hole number and relative position on gas-liquid distribution, turbulent viscosity and liquid flowrate were studied, and the simulation result was agreed well with the experimental data. The results demonstrate that the distribution of gas-liquid becomes more uniform, and the number of whirlpool and circulation flow increase with more uniform distribution of aerator hole and increase of hole number. Turbulent viscosity increases with the increase of aeration rate, and the turbulent viscosity becomes stable after the aeration rate reaches to 5 m3·h?1. Therefore, uniform distribution of aerator hole and increase of hole number can improve gas-liquid distribution and thus facilitate membrane cleaning.关键词
