疏水纳米二氧化硅作为捕获剂泡沫浮选结晶紫的工艺研究
Removal of Crystal Violet by Froth Flotation Using Hydrophobic Silica Nanoparticle as a Collector

Abstract
In order to effectively remove crystal violet (CV) from aqueous solution, hydrophobic silica nanoparticle (SNP) was used as a collector and froth flotation was developed without surfactants. The results show that the removal percentage (R) and the enrichment ratio (E) of CV are 94.7% and 19.7, respectively, when studied under conditions of anhydrous ethanol dosage 0.8%(V), pH 9.0, SNPs concentration 200 mg.L-1, superficial gas velocity 700 mL.min-1 and loading liquid volume 400 mL. Meanwhile, RSNPs and ESNPs are 93.9%and 14.2, respectively. CV can be effectively separated using ethanol elution at pH 1.0 for twice, and the desorption percentage is 90.2%. CV dissolved in ethanol can be isolated by a rotatory evaporator. Moreover, hydrophobic SNPs could be recycled. This study provides a promising way for the treatment of dye-contaminated wastewaters.关键词
