山慈菇水煎剂对人乳腺癌T-47D细胞增殖和迁移的影响
Effect of Iphigenia Decoction on Proliferation and Migration of Human Breast Cancer Cell Line T-47D

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Iphigenia decoction on proliferation and migration of human breast cancer T-47D cell.Methods:Human breast cancer T-47D cell were cultured by using cell culture technique.MTT method was used to compare the growth situation of T-47D cells in treatment group and control group.Cell migration in T-47D cells was evaluated by using scratch test.Results:Iphigenia decoction with 50 g · L-1,100 g · L-1,200 g · L-1,400 g · L-1,600 g · L-',800 g · L-1 could inhibit the T-47D cells proliferation.The inhibition rate was-0.60％ and-17.10％,-0.60％,65.08％,81.15％ and 82.80％ respectively.The results of the scratch test indicated that T-47D cells treated by 200 g · L-1,300 g · L-1 Iphigenia decoction for 24 h and 48 h had significantly lower wound healing rate compared with that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Low concentrations (＜ 200 g · L-1) Iphigenia decoction had no effect on T-47D cells proliferation.High concentration (＞ 200 g · L-1) Iphigenia decoction had obvious inhibitory effects on breast cancer T-47D proliferation.Certain concentration Iphigenia decoction can inhibit T-47D cells migration.关键词
