逍遥散加减对糖尿病合并抑郁症治疗作用的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of Xiao Yao San Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Depression

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiao Yao San in treating type 2 diabetes combined with depression.Methods:Computer retrievals were made in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and relevant literature references,and manual retrievals were made for journals and conference papers,in order to collect randomized or semirandomized controlled trials concerning Xiao Yao San in treating type 2 diabetes combined with depression.The quality assessment of the included studies was evaluated,while the data was extracted,the effect of modified Xiao Yao San on Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),fasting blood glucose (FBG) and Glycated Hemoglobin (HbAlc) levels in type 2 diabetes combined with depression were analyzed.RevMan 5.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:In this study,a total of 48 literatures were collected.5 case-control studies were included according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,involving 242 cases in the experimental group and 240 cases in the control group.Among those literatures,five literatures recorded observation of HAMD,four studies recorded assessment of FBG and HbAlc levels.The results of Meta-analysis showed that treatment with Xiao Yao San can improve the HAMD,FBG and HbA1c with statistical differences.Although these results were limited because of the less number and the low quality.Conclusion:Modified Xiao Yao San can enhance the clinical efficiency on diabetic patients with depression.关键词
