紫丹银屑胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病血虚风燥证临床研究
Clinical Study on Zidan Yinxie Capsule Combined with Narrow Band Ultraviolet in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris of Syndrome of Wind and Dryness Due to Blood Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of Zidan Yinxie capsule combined with narrow band ultraviolet(NB-UVB) in treating with psoriasis vulgaris and its influence on oxidative stress.Method:82 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital of department of dermatology were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 41 patients each by random number table.For control group,patients were treated by NB-UVB with 311 nm wavelength of radiation,3 timets per week.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group accepted Zidan Yinxie capsule by oral with 4 capsules pertime and three times a day.Course of treatment were 12 weeks for two groups.The scores of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) were compared between both groups.Efficacy and incidence were analyzed between two groups.Serum levels of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected between two groups.Results:The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 87.80％ and superior to control group as 65.85％ with statistical significances (P ＜ 0.05).After 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks treatment,scores of PASI in treatment group were evidently lower than that of control group at the same time (P ＜ 0.01).Incidence rate of untoward effect of observation group was 0.00％,which was lower than control group as 19.51％ (P ＜ 0.05).After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks treatment,serum SOD and GSH-PX were obviously higher than those of control one with statistical signifieanees(P ＜ 0.01).Conelusion:Zidan Yinxie capsule combined with NB-UVB in treating with psoriasis vulgaris of syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency could obviously decrease scores of PASI,improve therapeutic efficacy,and decrease incidence of untoward effect.Its mechanism may be related with up-regulating SOD and GSH-Px.关键词
