摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the existing problems in the corporate environmental management and stationary source environmental administration are analyzed.From the perspective of environmental management,the connotation of discharge permit system is reoriented,the general ideas and principles of content design of pollution discharge permit are clarified,the framework of pollution discharge permit is reconstructed,and the content of pollution discharge permit is improved,providing technical guidance for realization of taking pollution discharge permit as the law enforcement basis for government environmental regulation,the compliance instruments of corporate environmental behavior,and the platform of public environmental monitoring.关键词
