Abstract
With the growth of urban economy, people's living standards have been improved. At the same time, urban environment has also been damaged seriously. In the recent years, regional environmental events have been endless, and the issue of urban environment has become the increasing concerns of all sectors of the society. Urban environmental value evaluation may reflect the degree of public participation in urban environmental management, in favor of ecological civilization city construction. In this paper, Conditional Valuation Method (CVM) is used to calculate the willingness to pay (WTP) for the major cities in China, quantify and compare the WTP of the residents of the major cities. Finally, some suggestions of public participation in urban environmental management are proposed.关键词
