健脾益肾排毒法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的Meta分析
Meta Analysis of Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure by Strengthening Spleen and Tonifying Kidney

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of detoxification method by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney on chronic renal failure through the systematic evaluation,find out the existing problems in the clinical trials of chronic renal failure,and provide strong evidence for drawing up effective scheme to treat chronic renal failure in clinical practice.Methods:Using the method of systematic evaluation,the clinical literature of database from the beginning until 2016 on chronic renal failure treated by invigorating spleen and kidney detoxification method was collected and analyzed,and the literature in accordance with the criterions were extracted.Then they were given meta analysis by using Revman5.3 to draw conclusions.Results:The meta analysis of 11 clinical literatures showed that compared with single conventional Western medicine treatment,detoxification method by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with conventional Western medicine could improve the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic renal failure,reduce serum creatinine(Scr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),imcrease Creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),Glomerular filtration rate (GFR),and hemoglobin (HGB),and improve the clinical symptoms.Only one of the 11 articles indicated no obvious adverse effects,and the rest terature did not indicate any adverse effects.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Detoxification method by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney based on single conventional Western medicine in the observation group is better than that of the control group.However,because the quality of the selected literature is relatively low,there is a big bias,so it is necessary to develop a large,randomized,multicenter clinical study.关键词
