膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎35例OA
Thirty-five Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in Combination with Xibi Waixi Decoction
目的:观察膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例.对照组口服塞来昔布治疗,治疗组采用膝痹外洗方结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗.比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后Lequesne综合评分.结果:治疗组有效率为94.29％,对照组有效率为82.86％,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗后Lequesne评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有…查看全部>>
