大黄川芎汤鼻饲对危重症患者肠道复苏及免疫功能的影响
Influence of Nasal Feeding of Rhubarb and Rhizoma Chuanxiong Decoction on Enteral Resuscitation and Immunity of Critically Ill Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of nasal feeding of Rhubarb and Rhizoma Chuanxiong Decoction on enteral resusci tation and immunity of critically ill patients.Methods:Totally 84 critically ill patients were randomized into control group and research group,42 cases in each group.Control group were given enteral resuscitation and nourishment therapy while research group were added with nasal feeding of Rhubarb and Rhizoma Chuanxiong Decoction.The enteral dysfunction scores and changes of immune globulin indicators,T lymphocyte subpopulation indicators and cell viability of NK cells were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the enteral barrier dysfunction score was no more than 1 in control group,and the occurrence rate was lower than that in research group.The difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 + and the cell viability of NK cells in both groups got improved,but the improvement in control group was lower than that in research group;the difference had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Nasal feeding of Rhubarb and Rhizoma Chuanxiong Decoction can effectively improve the enteral resuscitation,improve the defense ability of gastrointestinal tract and regulate the body immunity.关键词
