改良八珍糕治疗小儿厌食症43例
Forty-three Cases of Infantile Anorexia Treated with Modified Eight Gem Cake

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Eight Gem Cake on infantile anorexia.Methods:Eighty-six children with anorexia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The ones in the observation group were given Modified Eight Gem Cake,while the ones in the control group were given the traditional Eight Gem Cake.The clinical efficacy and constipation improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.3％,while that of the control group was 86％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The observation group began constipation 4.6 days later,while the control group began 9.1 days later.The observation group's constipation rate was 18.6％,while that of the control group was 51.2％,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.01).Conclusion:Modified Eight Gem Cake has a remarkable clinical curative effect on infantile anorexia,can significantly reduce adverse reactions due to constipation.关键词
