“上下同治”特色护理应用于糖尿病足的疗效观察
Observation of Curative Effect of Special Nursing of "Treating the Upper and Lower Parts Together" Applied to Diabetic Foot

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of special nursing of "treating the upper and lower parts together" applied to diabetic foot(DF) and its influence on the area of foot ulcer.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with DF who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group used TCM special nursing of "treating the upper and lower parts together",that was,in the upper parts,there were auricular acupuncture with filiform needle;Baihui acupoint application;In the lower parts,there were medicated insole;foot ulcer area with medicine residue for fumigation.Besides,the active participation of patients was emphasized.Foot ulcer area and diabetic foot grading score were measured after one month's,2 months' and 3 months' treatment respectively.Results:At 3 time points,the diabetic foot grading score of the observation group was statically and significantly different from that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The ulcer area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The special nursing model of "treating the upper and lower parts together" can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic foot and reduce the area of ulcer.关键词
