摘要

Abstract

The numerical simulation was performed for heat transfer and flow of W corrugated plates used in gas-gas heat exchanging by software Fluent.The model was built in the three-plate and double-channel mode.The geometric model was simulated and calculated respectively under different hot-side inlet temperature,different inlet velocity of hot fluid and different inlet velocity of cold fluid.The heat transfer efficiency of plates and the pressure drop were calculated,then compared and analysed.The experimental study was put on the W corrugated plate heat exchanger to validate the rationality of the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of W corrugated plates increases with the growth of the hot-side inlet velocity,the cold-side inlet velocity and the hot-side inlet temperature,and the pressure drop increases as well.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,and the errors are about 15%.
