杏鲍菇菌糠漆酶分离纯化及部分酶学性质研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Purification and Properties of Laccase from Spent Mushroom Compost of Pleurotuseryngii
为寻求制取漆酶廉价的原料,实现杏鲍菇菌糠资源高值化利用,以杏鲍菇菌糠为材料,采用硫酸铵分级沉淀、冷冻干燥和DEAE-sepharose柱层析技术分离纯化漆酶并对其酶学性质进行研究.结果表明:经Native SDS-PAGE检测所得漆酶为单一纯品,分子量大小约为44.3 ku,酶比活6.233 U/mg,纯化倍数10.452,酶活回收率16.640%;该酶氧化ABTS的Km值为0.087 mmol/L,催化氧化底物ABTS的最适反应温度为40℃,低…查看全部>>
The main aim of this study was to finda cheap raw material,spent mushroom compost of Pleuro-tuseryngii,which can be used to extract laccase.Laccase from mushroom dregsof P.eryngii was graded-precipi-tated with ammonium sulfate,frozen and dried,separated and purified with chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and its enzymatic properties were studied.The resuts showed:the laccase detected by Native SDS-PAGE was a single pure product,its molecular weight was about …查看全部>>
