摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the prominent problems of large labor intensity, low working efficiency with current domestic grain collection, a new type electric grain collecting machine was designed. The machine is powered by battery,driven by motor,it moves by crawler and collects grain by scraper.It is mainly made up of power driving device, moving device, control device, collecting device, transporting device, bagging device, rack,etc.The key components,and the main parameters were designed. The electric grain collecting machine enables a one-stop achievement of grain collecting and bagging procedures. It effectively decreases the labor cost,and enhances the production efficiency.In order to improve the cleaning rate,a secondary cleaning device was designed,which is perpendicular to the moving direction,and a mini-crawler walking device was also de-signed to decrease the grain damage rate by increasing the grounding area. The results show that the machine has the advantages of stable working performance and adapts to grain collecting. The cleaning rate,grain dam-age rate,and the pure hourly work productivity are 98.9%,0.01%,and 2118.70 kg/h,respectively.This study provides useful reference for the design of grain collecting machine.
