7种作物对酞酸酯污染的胁迫响应评价
Stress Response Evaluation to PAEs of 7 Crops

Abstract
The effects of 3 kinds of phthalate esters( PAEs) contaminated water on the growth and physio-logical characteristics of 7 crops grown in 3 kinds of phthalate esters( PAEs) contaminated water were studied through aquaculture experiment so as to provide the basis for crop cultivation and plant remediation.The result showed that effects of different treatments of 3 PAEs were different on biomass of the 7 crops,and the responses of the aboveground part( stem and leaf) and the underground part( root) of the 7 crops to 3 PAEs were differ-ent.The impact of 3 PAEs on the aboveground part of 3 crops(Benincasa hispida,Vigna unguiculata and Lycop-ersicon esculentum) was greater than that on the underground part.DOP had no impact on the underground part of Cucumis sativus,and DMP had no impact on the underground part of Vetiveria zizanioides.The evaluation the stress responses of 7 crops to 3 PAEs showed that it was moderate stress to 2 crops(V.unguiculata and L.escu-lentum) and severe stress to 5 crops(B.hispida,Glycine max,C.sativus,Ipomoea aquatic and V.zizanioides).7 crops were classified according to the tolerance index of aboveground and underground parts.3 crops(B.hispi-da,V.unguiculata and L.esculentum) had normal response to DMP.5 crops(L.esculentum,G.max,I.aquatic,B. hispida and V.unguiculata) had normal response to DEP.2 crops(G.max and I.aquatica) had normal response to DOP.V.zizanioides was a tolerant crop to 3 PAEs.关键词
