血清MCP-1水平及其基因多态性与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性
Association of the serum MCP-1 concentration and genetic polymorphism with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate into the association of MCP-1 serum level with MCP-1-2518A/G polymorphism and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the Han population in Gansu Province,China.Methods The serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) concentration and MCP-1-2518A/G polymorphism were measured in normal control,and non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients by ELISA and TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays,plasma biological and chemical quota were measured at the same time.Results The serum MCP-1 concentration was significantly increased in NDPN and DPN patients (P < 0.05).There was no correlation between the MCP-1-2518A/G polymorphism with the serum MCP-1 level and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Multiple regression analysis showed that serum levels of MCP-1 were positively correlated with DPN,TG;logistic regression analysis showed that MCP-1 levels,age,FPG as risk factors for DPN.Conclusion MCP-1 has been involved in the development of type 2 diabetes and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the northwest Han Chinese population.The serum MCP-1 level was positively correlated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,triglyceride.MCP-1 as a risk factor for DPN might cause the prevalence rate of DPN to increase.关键词
