雷利度胺对急性单核细胞白血病细胞的体外抑制作用
Effect of lenalidomide in vitro on acute monocytic leukemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the anti-acute monocytic leukemia effect of lenalidomide in vitro.Methods The inhibitory effect of lenalidomide on Molm-13 cells was estimated with MTT assay,and different action times (24,48,72 h) and lenalidomide concertrations (60,120,180,240,300 mg/L) were adopted.The morphological changes of the cells were observed under a fluorescence microscope.Cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results Proliferation of Molm-13 cells were inhibited after being treated with lenalidomide,in a time-and dose-dependent manner.Treated with lenalidomide,cells morphological changes of apoptotic could be observed under a fluorescence microscope and the apoptosis rate also was elevated.Conclusion Lenalidomide could moderately inhibit Molm-13 cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis in a time-and dose-dependent manner.关键词
