高流速高含固条件下高压差调节阀冲刷腐蚀规律
Erosion Rules of High Differential Pressure Control Valves under the Condition of High Velocity and High Solid Content

Abstract
In order to study the erosion of high differential pressure control valve in typical coal liquefaction device unit,CFD simulation technology,RNG k-ε Turbulence model,discret phase model and erosion model are adopted to calculate the fluid characteristics and erosion of valve. The effects of valve opening,structure,dielectric properties and working conditions on the wear of the valve are discussed. The results show that wear mainly occurred in the area between the valve core and the valve seat, and the high solid concentration and high flow rate is the main cause of erosion. The result of the calculation is consistent with the production field phenomenon,which shows that the simulation analysis is feasible and accurate.关键词
