Design of the Entrance Structure Based on Discrete Phase Oil Droplet in Vortex Field
摘要
Abstract
The double entry structure of conventional hydrocyclonewas the target.Basing on the Discrete Phase Modelof Fluent,themigration trajectory of discrete phase droplets was analyzed,which entered the hydrocyclone fromdifferent areaof the entrance.This papergained laws between incident position and themigration trajectory of discrete phase oil,dividedthe entrance into three areas.The incident areaof the entranceeffectson migration trajectory of discrete phase droplets was studied.A new entry structure was designed to improve the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone.Laboratory experimentswere carried out to validate the performance of new entry structure.关键词
