摘要

Abstract

Valveless micropump has novel principle.But Piezoelectric valveless micropump also has complex process. Dielectric elastomer is smart material with large deformation,the deformation characteristics is tested by Image processing mothed. And using its special properties developed dielectric elastomer valveless micropump.From the flow of the design,size,flow rate and efficiency of the three aspects studied dielectric elastomer valveless micropump and obtained flow rate:142.12mL/min,efficiency 0.738 of dielectric elastomer valveless micropump.Which is characterized by a novel principle,simple structure,desired flow rate and efficiency.
