燃煤锅炉掺烧松木气燃烧过程数值模拟研究
Numerical study of the combustion process of pine gas co-firing in a coal-fired boiler

Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of coal-fired boiler co-firing with pine gas on the combustion process and products, a model of pine gas co-firing with coal was built based on the Fluent software to simulate the combustion process under the conditions of four cases, such as pure coal combustion and 10%, 20%and 30%pine gas co-firing ratio. Based on the same total input heat, the combustion temperature distribution in furnace, the main flue gas components, and the pollutant emission of NOx with the change of the furnace height were obtained. The results showed that, compared with the pure coal combustion case, the mean combustion temperature of co-firing decreased significantly, which were 46, 88,104 K respectively when the pine gas co-firing ratio were 10%, 20% and 30%. The flue gas composition decreased also due to the pine gas co-firing. At the lower part of the furnace, the O2 volume fraction increased, the volume fraction of CO and CO2 decreased obviously. The mass concentration decreased by 47,148,198 mg/m3 respectively at the outlet of furnace with the increase of co-firing ratio.关键词
