摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the thermal conductivity of summer squash was studied at different temperatures. Based on R software, combined with the principle of mathematical methods, by using one-way ANOVA, the variance mathematical model was analysised. It was concluded that the temperature has a significant influence on the thermal conductivity. By using the plot () function, we can also conclud the temperature has a significant influence on the thermal conductivity from the box diagram. The result will give some quantitative foundations for the fruit storage and refrigeration engineering.
