应用NBI-ME评价逆萎康对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效
EVALUATION OF CLINICAL EFFECT OF NIWEIKANG IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ATROPHIC GASTRITIS USING NARROW BAND IMAGING COMBINED WITH MAGNIFYING ENDOSCOPY

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of narrow band imaging combined with magnifying endoscopy (NBI-ME) in evaluating the clinical effect of Niweikang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who visited our department were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Niweikang,and those in the control group were given Weifuchun.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical symptoms,NBI-ME findings,and pathological examination before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant improvements in gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia after treatment (Z =-2.050,-3.053;P＜0.05).The treatment group had an overall symptom remission rate of 86.67％ and an overall pathological remission rate of 78.33％,and had significantly better symptom outcome and pathological outcome than the control group (Z =-2.342,-2.589;P＜0.05).Conclusion Niweikang has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and can reverse intestinal metaplasia.NBI-ME technique can accurately predict the outcome of atrophic gastritis.关键词
