深海鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽敷料并维生素E对大鼠皮肤创面愈合影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of deep-sea cod collagen peptide dressing combined with vitamin E on skin wound healing rate and scars in rats.Methods A total of 45 adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (group A),collagen group (group B),and collage vitamin E group (group C).After a full-thickness skin wound model was established on the back of the rats,the rats in group A were given external application of distilled water,those in group B were given external ap plication of distilled water combined with deep-sea cod collagen peptide dressing,and those in group C were given external applica tion of distilled water combined with deep-sea cod collagen peptide and vitamin E dressing.The wound healing rate was calculated for all groups.Wound tissue samples were collected on day 11 after trauma,and immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of cytokeratin 19 (CK19),β1 integrin,anti tumour protein 63α (△NP63α),collagen type Ⅰ,and collagen type Ⅲ in wound tissue ceils.Results There was a significant difference in wound healing rate between the three groups (F=18.84,P< 0.05) and there were also significant differences between any two groups (t=2.32 6.08,P<0.05).On day 11 after trauma,there were significant differences in the expression of CK19,β1 integrin,collagen type Ⅰ,and collagen type Ⅲ in wound tissue cells between the three groups (F=4.64-21.57,P<0.05).Conclusion Deep-sea cod collagen peptide dressing combined with vitamin E can promote the healing of full-thickness skin wound and reduce the formation of scars in rats.关键词
