Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of complications of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion as an auxiliary interventional procedure for cesarean section and related and preventive measures.Methods A total of 75 patients who underwent abdominal aortic balloon occlusion as an auxiliary interventional procedure for cesarean section due to placenta previa complicated by placenta accrete were enrolled.A 10-F vascular sheath was used to deliver a 20 mm × 40 mm balloon.The patients were followed up to observe the complications of the interventional procedure in the perioperative period.Results All balloons were successfully placed in the abdominal aorta.In the perioperative period,one patient experienced thrombus in the right superficial femoral artery,one experienced venous thrombosis in the lower right extremity,five experienced exudation at the puncture point,and two experienced subcutaneous hematoma.Conclusion As an auxiliary interventional procedure for cesarean section,abdominal aortic balloon occlusion is simple,safe,and reliable,with low incidence of complications.Effective measures can further reduce the incidence rate of complications.关键词
