CO2点阵激光联合308nm准分子激光治疗躯干部位白癜风的效果
CLINICAL EFFECT OF CO2 FRACTIONAL LASER COMBINED WITH 308-nm EXCIMER LASER IN TREATMENT OF LEUCODERMA ON THE TRUNK

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of CO2 fractional laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of leucoderma on the trunk,as well as the best coverage density of CO2 fractional laser at a specific treatment energy.Methods A total of 40 patients with leucoderma in the stable stage who had three independent skin lesions on the trunk were enrolled.The three skin lesions of each patient were randomly divided into 5% coverage density treatment group,10% coverage density treatment group,and control group.The skin lesions in the two treatment groups were treated with CO2 fractional laser (a laser energy of 20 mJ and coverage densities of 5% and 10%,respectively) followed by 308 nm excimer laser irradiation,while those in the control group were treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation alone.CO2 fractional laser treatment was performed once every four weeks,and 308 nm excimer laser irradiation was performed twice a week.All groups were treated for 12 consecutive weeks,and clinical outcome was evaluated at 3 days after treatment.Results The marked response rate was 22.5 % (9/40) in the control group,47.5% (19/40) in the 5% coverage density treatment group,and 45.0% (18/40) in the 10% coverage density treatment group;the response rate was 80.0% (32/40) in the control group,95.0% (38/40) in the 5% coverage density treatment group,and 97.5 % (39/40) in the 10% coverage density treatment group.There were significant differences in marked response rate and response rate between the 5%/10% coverage density treatment groups and the control group (x2 =4.114-6.135,P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the 5 % coverage density treatment group and the 10 % coverage density treatment group (P>0.05).The 10% coverage density treatment group had a significantly higher incidence rate of adverse events than the 5% coverage density treatment group (x2=4.528,P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 fractional laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser is effective and safe in the treatment of leucoderma on the trunk,and a coverage density of 5% is good for CO2 fractional laser at a treatment energy of 20 mJ.关键词
